*Sweet-Potato-Pie *
This recipe was share by a personal friend of mine in Atlanta, Georgia. It has always been a favourite, and everyone who tastes it says it’s the best they’ve ever had.
* ingredients :
° 1 (1 pound) sweet potato
° Half a cup of soft butter
° 1 cup white sugar
° Half a cup of milk
° 2 eggs
° ½ teaspoon ground nutmeg
° Half a teaspoon of ground cinnamon
° 1 teaspoon vanilla
° 1 pie crust (9 inches), uncooked
