Eat All Your Favorite Breakfast Foods at Once with This Tater Tot Sausage Breakfast Casserole

Breakfast casseroles are the best! Being able to throw all your favorite breakfast foods in one convenient dish is just too easy!

This Tater Tot Sausage Breakfast Casserole will feed a small army, and tastes nothing short of delicious. Between the layers of breakfast sausage, tater tots, cheese and eggs, you’ll soon be asking for seconds!

2 pounds breakfast sausage
1 (30-32 ounces) bag frozen tater tots
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon onion powder
1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 cup mozzarella cheese
8 eggs
2 cups milk

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

In a large skillet, cook sausage until no longer pink. Drain fat.

In a large bowl, toss together tater tots, cooked sausage and cheeses. Pour into a lightly greased 9×13-inch pan.

Whisk together eggs, salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder and milk. Pour over tater tot mixture.

Bake uncovered for 60 minutes, or until eggs are set.
