° 2 cups hot water
° 1/4 cup sugar
° 1,5 tablespoons yeast
° 1,5 teaspoons salt
° 1/4 cup vegetable oil
° five cups flour (I simply used all-purpose)
Dissolve sugar in heat water. Add yeast and allow proof. After tasting, mix the butter with the added yeast.
Blend flour also salt in a detache bowl.
Add dry aggregate to moist aggregate one cup at a time and stir/blend till clean dough forms.
Knead for 3-five minutes.
Place in an oiled bowl, and turn to cowl each sides. Let’s move up an hour.
Punch, and form into loaves We distribute them on greased baking pans.Wait 30-40 minutes.Bake at 350°C for about 30 minutes. Brush the tops with butter even as it’s miles heat.
